Returns & Refunds Policy
All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Please contact us at hello@boringmomshop.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
If the claim is approved, we will offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. No item needs to be returned unless explicitly requested.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please place a new order.
Refunds
Once your issue is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
